Acupuncture has been effectively used for the treatment of back pain, headache, migraine, and sports injuries. However, acupuncture provides more than pain relief. It is helpful in treating anxiety, insomnia, digestive problems, abdominal, menstrual cramps, weight control, infertility and much, much more.
Good nutrition is vital to good health. From one time sessions to ongoing weekly or monthly counseling and food coaching, our nutritionists offer successful programs to address cardiac care, sports nutrition, women’s health and wellness, family nutrition, and even recipe development and meal planning.
Physician prescribed therapy is provided by physical therapist/physiotherapist to address disorders of the muscles, bones, or joints by means of physical agents—heat, light, water, manual and electronic massage, and exercise. Whether for pain, injury, overuse, or competitive sport, our therapists endeavor to give each client the space, mobility, strength and skills they need to attend to their own journey toward healing.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Therapeutic massage such as orthopedic, sport, and Active Release Technique® are offered in addition to traditional spa Swedish massage. Whether as a one time relaxation for mind and body or an integral part of your personal program, soft tissue therapists can address issues of chronic pain, speed healing of soft tissue injury, expedite recovery time between workouts, and prevent minor injuries from becoming chronic problems.
The Contour Method
Comparable to Yoga and Pilates, though distinctly different, the Contour Method is a proprietary fitness program designed to create a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body. It combines the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a low-impact powerful exercise that quickly and safely contours the entire body. Class size is limited to provide students with individual attention in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Pilates is a method developed by Joseph Pilates which emphasizes use of the mind to control the muscles. It provides and intense workout which is focused on the core postural muscles. These muscles help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Intimate mat classes, limited to 6 individuals, are offered weekly to introduce and develop Pilates technique and strengthening. You will feel the burn!
Yoga is the art and practice of living well. Come develop real life skills for integrating body, mind and breath – skills which can directly contribute to health and well-being. This ancient practice promotes physical strength, balance and flexibility, mental clarity, and spiritual centeredness. Offering classes in both classical Iyengar tradition as well as Vinyasa Flow, both provide different approaches to asana (poses) and pranayama (breath control). Yoga may be the ideal cross-training practice for life, an antidote for the imbalances we all develop through conditioning, habit, injury, postural fatigue or athletic over-training.

Cancellations may be done online up to 24hrs prior to class or appointment for a full refund: a full charge will be applied thereafter.
Class size is limited to provide students with individual attention in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment. When scheduling, note that the following month's schedule opens up on the 1st of each month. For example, July’s schedule opens up on June 1st. Until the schedule is "open", you will not see it on the Wellness Scheduler, nor be able to sign up. Our convenient online system automates the WAIT LIST process (again, please “opt-in” for email communication): In the event of a cancellation, wait listed clients will be automatically enrolled and notified by email.
